James Poulter is a highly experienced leadership coach and consultant with over 30 years’ experience across the public sector and creative industries. His work centres on developing authentic, values-led leadership that strengthens culture, empowers people, and drives meaningful organisational change. He has held a range of senior leadership roles within Further Education, including Assistant Principal, Head of College, and Faculty Director. Throughout his career, James has led large-scale initiatives spanning curriculum development, quality improvement, and professional development. James has also worked as an Executive Leadership and Culture Coach at both Chichester College Group and Greater Brighton Metropolitan College, supporting hundreds of leaders - including CEOs, principals, and executive teams - through coaching, organisational development, and merger transitions.
