At the Authentic Leadership Coach, we believe leadership is not about titles, status, or following someone else's blueprint. It's about being true to yourself while inspiring others to do the same.
Founded by Andrew Green, a senior leader with over 25 years' experience in business and education, our work is built on the simple truth that authentic leadership creates lasting impact. Andrew has spent his career leading organisations, building businesses, and guiding people to discover their own strengths. Alongside this, he has been coaching leaders for many years - helping them navigate challenges, grow in confidence, and achieve results without compromising who they are.
Now, through the Authentic Leadership Coach, that hard-earned knowledge and experience is being shared more widely. We're here to equip leaders at every stage of their journey with the tools, insights, and support they need to lead with clarity, courage, and authenticity.
