Background
Jess specialises in working with teenagers and the adults in their lives - a space that demands authenticity, adaptability, and the ability to build trust quickly. This experience translates powerfully into her work with leaders, teams, and organisations. She brings significant leadership experience within the education sector. As the first employee of a social enterprise, she built an alternative education provision from the ground up —-leading on recruitment, design, and delivery while maintaining her own coaching practice. Jess has since held senior leadership roles, most recently as Group Director of Culture & Student Engagement within a large multi-college group of nearly 20,000 students, where she led a team of 11 coaches. This gives her a strong appreciation of the realities of leadership, including decision-making, accountability, and leading without a clear blueprint.

Jess is a systemic practitioner with an MSc in Coaching & Behaviour Change. She has additional training in physical intelligence and systemic constellations, giving her a broad, integrated, and whole-system toolkit.
